We offer FREE WORLD WIDE shipping for all orders.

Packaging of the Purchased Goods

All orders are shipped with a white bubble wrap envelope.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 1 day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

All product’s are shipped from our warehouse in Europe. Estimated delivery time for FREE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING:

United Kingdom 7 – 15 days
Europe 7 – 15 days
United States/Canada 15 – 20 days
Asia/Pacific 20 – 35 days

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are happy to inform that we do ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

We do not have the information about the legal status of all our products in other countries. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for informing yourself on the legal status of these products and paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website.

Small orders does not usually exceed allowed limitations for Tax Free import. Bulk orders may be a subject to Import Duties & Taxes for delivery outside of EU.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to not accept Returns and Exchanges. Otherwise 14 day no-hassle return policy. The packaging must not be opened.

Refund Policy

If we will not accept your returns or make exchanges, we will not refund you. Otherwise once we receive the package back and make sure it is unpackaged, we will issue a full refund.
